Over the years, our strength has been our flexibility to adapt to various applications, with the goal of always offering the right solution for each individual customer's needs.

The company is located in central Karlstad and has its roots back to the 1950s, when it was in the same premises as today. Until 2003, KMAB (Karlstad Metallisering AB) operated under the name KAMAB. Today, we are proud to have 10 employees who work to maintain our high standards and customer service.

Our facilities span 2500 square meters, divided into machine workshop, metallization, Teflon coating, balancing hall, and blasting hall. With our large forklifts, we easily load and unload trucks. Our largest forklift has a capacity of up to 16 tons. We also have overhead cranes of 10 tons and mobile equipment for thermal spraying.

Your Responsibilities

We are now looking for a positive and experienced workshop worker who wants to be an important part of our wonderful team! With us, you will work on exciting and varied tasks, from setting up jobs on lathes and turning details of various sizes (from small parts to up to 10 meters long), to documenting and stamping work orders. The work involves both new manufacturing and repairs, making each day unique! Do you have forklift and overhead crane licenses as well as hot work certification? If you also have several years of experience in turning and enjoy working meticulously, we look forward to hearing from you!

Your Profile

The ideal candidate has experience with support stock, four-jaw chucks, and dial indicators. We are looking for someone who is positive, meticulous, and has a strong technical interest and wants to continue their development in industrial technology.
